"Saqr Chahine" is a new Egyptian series schedules for broadcast in Ramadan 2012.
It tells the story of a guy names "Chahine" who lives in the Sayadine area in Alexandria and he has Saeedi roots.
His mother tells him the truth about his father before she dies and he sets out on a quest to prove that the man is truly his father, and he ends up moving to Al Saeed.
There, he falls in love with a lady, but a married woman comes in the way trying to win Chahine, knowing that her husband is the uncle of the lady he's in love with.
"Saqr Chahine" is written by Islam Youssef and it stars Taym Hasan, Rania Farid Shawki, Zizi Al Badrawi, Ahmad Khalil, Ahmad Zaher, Cheri Adel, Ahmad Rateb, Tarek Abdel Aziz, Houssam Chaaban, Aida Riyadh and Ashraf Msailhi.
