Saturday’s episode of Lel Nasher on New TV witnessed the end of the show’s first season after around nine months of continuous broadcast. Host Tony Khalife went over many issues including Miss Lebanon, The Murex D’or, and the latest conflict between Lebanese singer Madonna and another younger star. Yet the most interesting was the issue of obesity that Khalife tackled by interviewing Lebanese actress Amalia Abi Saleh. Amalia spoke about her obesity proudly and in a totally funny way. Her approach made the issue sound less serious especially to those suffering from the same problem and consider it extremely sensitive.
Note that close sources assure that Khalife will be working in the coming weeks on a surprise show to air exclusively during the holy month of Ramadan.
