This is what Star Academy 7 star Mahmoud Shoukri posted on his facebook profile yesterday in memory of Ramy Shemali, who passed away 9 months ago in the car crash they were in together. Mahmoud only recently recovered from serious injuries in his foot and shoulder after months of therapy. Ramy Chemali’s birthday was yesterday and he would have turned 24 if he was still among us. It’s to be noted that there was a mass yesterday held for Ramy’s soul on his birthday inSt Therese's church where all of his family, friends and loved ones attended, among whom was music teacher Khalil Abou Obeid and fellow Star Academy 6 students Michel Azzi and Tania, Nadine Smayra (Star Academy control), Nour and Elie Chalouhy and Wissam Braidy. Everybody at the mass felt Ramy’s presence as if he was the one chanting and replying the priest. It was very emotional and everybody was crying. Everyone then moved to Ramy’s resting place, where they sang Happy Birthday and his mother kept saying “I Miss You Ramram”… From all of us at Wikeez, we all miss you Ramy and you will always be in our hearts and prayers. We love you our dear angel in the skies. Happy Birthday!
