In details, 24-year-old James Holmes entered the theater with many others, and waited for the movie to start.
But after few minutes, he left his seats and headed out, to come back later wearing a gas mask and holding a rifle and two handguns and he randomly shot almost everyone.
This tragic incident caused the death of 12 person, whereas 60 person were severely injured.
People inside the hall didn't realize that there was a real shooting happening inside the movie theater because of the sound effects used in the superhero movie.
Colorado police department arrested the gunman and they caught the weapons he used in his car.
Its noteworthy that Warner Bros. company cancelled the screening in Paris out of respect to the one who passed away that night.
